Kozhikode: The state-level KG Teachers’ Conference, Primora, organised by the IAME, concluded successfully at Kozhikode Shikshak Sadan. The programme was inaugurated by IAME General Secretary V. P. M. Ishaq, while Executive Director Afsal Kolari presided over the event.
KG heads and teachers from English medium schools across various districts of the state participated in the summit, which featured a series of interactive and informative sessions focused on early childhood education.
In a session titled “Unlocking Creativity in Gen Alpha,” Jiju Thomas, Academic Director of Learnware AI EduTech, shared insights on nurturing creativity and innovation among young learners. Another session introducing the AI Play Learn Package was led by Vandana Rao, IAME ECCE Officer and Curriculum Developer.
The session on “AI Integrated Curriculum – A New Way” was conducted by AI-enabled Project Officer Biju R., along with Smanitha K. V. Corporate trainer and Master Life Coach Dinesh Shankar also led a session on “Care and Belonging,” highlighting the importance of emotional support and inclusivity in early childhood education.
As part of the programme, IAME also released its new KG learning package “Fun” and the Malayalam series “Mukkutti” for the upcoming academic year. Curriculum Designing Member Krishnadas spoke about the newly introduced books and their educational approach.
The summit served as a platform for educators to exchange ideas and explore innovative approaches in kindergarten education.
